Many data processing procedures can only be carried out with your expressed consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. To do this, all you need do is send us an informal communication by e-mail. The legality of the data processing carried out until the consent was revoked remains unaffected by the revocation.
You have the right to have data which we automatically process based on your consent or in fulfilment of a contract issued to yourself or a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of data to another responsible person, this will only happen if it is technically feasible.

Extent of the collected data
We only ever collect and use the personal data of our users insofar as this is necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. The personal data of our users is only collected and used at regular intervals after the consent of the user has been obtained.
Exceptions apply where it is not possible to obtain prior consent for factual reasons and the processing of the data is allowed due to legal provisions.

Purposes of the data processing carried out by the responsible body and third parties
We process your personal data only for the purposes specified in this privacy statement. Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than the ones stated. We will only forward your data to third parties if:

o    You have given your express consent for this to happen,
o    The processing is necessary in order to execute a contract with you,
o    The processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation,
o    The processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in your data not being passed on to other parties.

Legal basis
If we obtain consent from the affected person, Article 6 of the GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data. Art. 6 of the GDPR is also relevant for the processing of personal data,
o    Which is required to fulfil a contract or a legal obligation which our company is subject to
o    Which is required to carry out pre-contractual measures
o    In the event that vital interests of the affected person or a third party make it necessary for the data to be processed
o    Which is required to preserve a legitimate interest of our company or a third party where their interests outweigh the basic rights and freedoms of the affected person.

Deleting or restricting data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and minimisation. For this reason, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this document or as provided by the various storage periods stipulated by the legislator. After the respective purpose ceases to apply or these storage periods have expired, the corresponding data is restricted or deleted routinely and in accordance with the legal provisions.
Every time this website is called up, data and information are captured by an automated system.
This information is stored in the log files of the server for a duration of 6 weeks. The following data can be collected during this process:
o    The browser type and browser version
o    The operating system used
o    The Internet Service Provider
o    IP address
o    The date and time of the server request
o    Websites from which your system accesses our website
o    Websites which are called up from your system via our website

The data is processed in order to provide the content of our website, guarantee the functional capability of our information technology systems and to optimise our website. Here the data in the log files is always stored separately from other personal user data.
We reserve the right to check this data at a later stage if we become aware of concrete evidence that it is being used unlawfully.

Cookies
Like many other websites, we also use what are known as “cookies”. Cookies are small text files which are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. As a result, we automatically obtain specific data such as the IP address, the browser being used, the operating system and your connection to the Internet.
Cookies cannot be used to start programmes or to transfer viruses to a computer. Using the information contained in cookies, we can make navigating our site easier for you and ensure that our websites are displayed correctly.
Under no circumstances will the data we record be forwarded to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.
You can of course always view our website without using cookies. Internet browsers are frequently configured in such a way that they accept cookies. In general, you can deactivate the use of cookies at any time by changing the settings in your browser. Please use the help functions of your Internet browser to find out how you can change these settings. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
The majority of cookies (session cookies) we use become invalid after the browser session has ended. Permanent cookies remain on your end device and enable us to recognise your browser again the next time you visit our website. This data is not used to personally identify the visitor of this website.
Cookies are stored on the user’s computer and transferred from this computer to our site. Therefore, as the user you also have full control over how the cookies are used. You can deactivate or restrict the transfer of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser.
Personal data will not be forwarded as the result of using social media plug-ins.

Providing fee-based services
To provide fee-based services, we will request additional data such as payment details, for example, to be able to execute your order. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

Facebook
We use the social plug-ins of facebook.com, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The plug-ins can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the suffix "Facebook Social Plugin". When you click the "Like" button, for example, or submit a comment, the corresponding information is transferred directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Facebook also makes your preferences public to your Facebook friends. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the call-up of our site directly to your Facebook account. Even if you are not logged in or do not have a Facebook account at all, your browser transfers information (e.g. which website you have called up, your IP address) which is stored by Facebook. For details on how Facebook handles your personal data as well as your related rights, please refer to Facebook’s privacy notice. If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected about you via our websites to your Facebook account, you must log out from Facebook before visiting our websites. You can also completely prevent Facebook plug-ins being loaded by using add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the "Facebook Blocker" (Facebook).

Use of script libraries (Google web fonts)
To be able to display our content correctly and in a graphically attractive manner across all browsers, on this website we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google web fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/), for example. Google web fonts are transferred to prevent multiple loading to your browser’s cache. If the browser does not support Google web fonts or prohibits access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. Here it is theoretically possible for the operators of the corresponding libraries to collect data although it is currently unclear whether this is necessary and, if it is necessary, for which purposes.
You can find the privacy policy of the library operator, Google here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to display geographical information visually. When Google Maps are used, Google will also collect, process and use data about visitors’ use of the map functions. For more detailed information about how Google processes data, please refer to Google’s privacy policy. Here you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Google Privacy Center.
You can find detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in conjunction with Google products here.

SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data while it is being transferred, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
We draw your attention to the fact that data transfer over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may involve gaps in security. It is not possible to protect data completely from third-party access. For reasons relating to security and to protect the transfer of confidential content, for example of enquiries that you send to us as a website operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You will recognise an encrypted connection by way of the fact the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock icon in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data which you transmit to us cannot be read at the same time by third parties.

Contact form
If you get in touch with us by e-mail or using the contact form regarding questions of any kind, you are giving us your voluntary consent for the purposes of establishing contact. For this purpose, you must specify a valid e-mail address. This is used to assign the enquiry and subsequently respond to it. The provision of further data is optional. The information you provide is stored for the purposes of processing the enquiry as well as for any potential follow-up questions. After dealing with your enquiry, personal data is automatically deleted.

Changes to our data protection regulations
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy statement so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy statement, e.g. when new services are introduced. The new privacy statement then applies the next time you visit our website.

If you have questions about data protection, please send us an e-mail or contact the person responsible for data protection in our organisation directly:
